Kids Health Classes @ Morris Burner Hostel
Sep 22 @ 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm

This set of classes are free and open to all children ages 8-18. It will cover a variety of topics spanning from health, to fitness, and nutrition. Classes will be reoccurring and held at the Morris Burner Hostel Community Center each Sunday from 1:30 – 3:00 pm, excluding September 1st. Participants are welcomed to attend one, or many of the classes.

Instructor: Hannah Linden

This class  is part of the Heart of the Community: Instructional program — a segment of health education classes facilitated by non-profit, On Common Ground, in cooperation with SNAP Education. This series will continue until Mid-September.

Meal Planning and Prep Mondays @ Morris Burner Hostel

This class will cover healthy meal preparation and planning. All ages welcomed! Participants are welcomed to attend one, or many of the classes.
